## Description

DOCOsoft is hiring a permanent full-time Tech Lead to guide software developers in creating scalable software solutions for the London and global insurance markets. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, technical decision-making, problem-solving, team mentorship, recruitment, code reviews, stakeholder communication, modern development practices, architecture research, documentation, quality metrics, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least eight years of software development experience, enterprise application expertise in technologies such as.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL, leadership experience, and a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
