## Description

The Technical Services Assistant provides administrative, document-control, reporting, coordination, and field-support services to the Technical Services Department. The role maintains project records, work packages, drawings, procedures, reports, quality and turnover documentation, meeting minutes, and departmental information systems; supports field readiness, inspections, turnover preparation, and information flow across engineering, quality, planning, procurement, safety, and project controls; and assists with training, onboarding, equipment, and continuous-improvement activities. It is an office-based position with regular field exposure and may serve as a developmental pathway into future Technical Services positions.
