## Description

Graphwise is hiring a full-time Technical Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers. The role involves troubleshooting implementation, integration, production, and cloud issues; reproducing customer scenarios; analyzing logs, APIs, configurations, and system behavior; supporting deployments and migrations; collaborating with engineering and customer success teams; and leading root-cause analysis and troubleshooting improvements. Candidates need at least four years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, site reliability, software engineering, or similar customer-facing role, along with scripting, Linux, cloud, distributed systems, and observability experience.
