## Description

Trimble is hiring a Technical Support Analyst to provide high-quality customer support for its e-Builder products in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role involves analyzing incidents, collaborating cross-organizationally, resolving complex technical issues, communicating technical insights, and supporting a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates need at least five years of technical support experience, SaaS customer-support experience, Windows and network troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, scripting, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce. The position is on-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon; Westminster, Colorado; or another Trimble location, with no travel required, and pays $22.69–$28.32 per hour.
