Keeler is hiring a Technical Support Associate – Products & Software to provide first-line technical support for Keeler eyecare products and associated software, including Konnect, Accutome Connect, Kapture, and Kinexis. The role handles ticketing, email, telephone, and video enquiries; troubleshooting, software installation, configuration, remote support, customer communication, issue tracking, escalation, documentation, and customer training. It is intended for a recent graduate or early-career candidate with technical aptitude, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn, with full training and mentoring provided.
