## Description

Interac is hiring a Technical Support, Coordinator for its Real Time Payments Command Centre. The role monitors application and infrastructure health, responds to incidents and outages, performs triage and technical recovery, escalates issues, documents resolutions, supports incident, change, release, and problem management, and develops automation and process documentation. It requires a post-secondary degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of technology operations experience in a 24x7 environment, familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools, willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a 24x7 rotation, Government of Canada Secret Clearance eligibility, and full-time onsite work. The hiring range is $58,000–$65,000 plus a short-term incentive plan.
