## Description

The AMPECO Technical Support Engineer investigates customer-reported issues by analyzing application behavior, logs, configurations, APIs, and diagnostics; reproduces problems in controlled environments; distinguishes product behavior from defects; and collaborates with Engineering, Product, QA, and Account Delivery teams. The role also manages customer expectations, explains technical findings to technical and business stakeholders, and develops deep AMPECO platform expertise. Experience in technical, application, product, or similar customer-facing support is required, while cloud SaaS, API, networking, database, and Agile experience are preferred.
