## Description

Experlogix is hiring a full-time, entry-level Technical Support Engineer for a remote position in the United States or Canada. The role provides technical support for Configure, Price, Quote software and its integrations with ERP and CRM platforms, troubleshooting SQL Server databases, web applications, and integrations while collaborating with Product Development, Professional Services, and other teams. The position requires at least one year of experience in a technical support, application support, software development, IT support, or similar role, along with SQL Server, web technologies, and problem-solving skills;.NET experience is a plus but willingness to learn is valued.
