## Description

Genetec is hiring a Technical Support Engineer based in its Paris or Orléans office to support customers across the EMEA region. The role handles technical requests, resolves incidents within service-level timelines, provides occasional on-site customer service, creates technical documentation, and escalates issues appropriately. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent experience; professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and French; and expertise in Windows, networking equipment and protocols, storage, virtualization, client/server architecture, and access-control systems. Experience with technical support or customer service is beneficial, as are skills in license plate recognition, video surveillance, programming, and Microsoft SQL Server.
