## Description

NiCE is hiring a Support Engineer for its Public Safety team to support the NYC 911 Logging and Recording Solution. The role provides first-, second-, and third-line engineering support; provisions, deploys, patches, and upgrades NRX/NIR logging and recording platforms; collaborates with deployment and R&D teams; performs troubleshooting, database scripting, network and security configuration, documentation, and 24/7 out-of-hours support. The position requires technical customer support experience, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, PowerShell, and web application support experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
