## Description

Saviynt is seeking an Identity and Access Management Customer Support Engineer to communicate with customers, troubleshoot and resolve IAM incidents and system alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation. The role collaborates with Saviynt Labs on IAM and CPAM service offerings and requires at least three years of IGA implementation experience, hands-on IAM tool configuration, REST/SOAP web-service knowledge, SQL and scripting skills, and experience with SSO providers and global customers.
