## Description

Shield is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical support resource for its US-region customers. The role provides L1/L2 support for Shield deployments, troubleshoots application and infrastructure issues, supports integrations and data flows, monitors environments with Prometheus and Grafana, escalates complex incidents to R&D, documents solutions, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule. The position is based in New York and requires 2–4 years of relevant technical support, DevOps, or site reliability experience, along with strong Kubernetes, AWS, Linux/Windows, observability, API, and integration expertise.
