## Description

TaskUs is hiring a full-time onsite Technical Support Engineer in Las Pinas, Hiraya, on a night-shift schedule. The role provides technical support to customers through chats, phones, and tickets, troubleshooting Windows, network, authentication, API, SQL, and financial-system issues while maintaining customer service standards. Required qualifications include Windows and Office 365 administration, network-stack knowledge, Active Directory and Entra ID exposure, RESTful API familiarity, SQL reading, PSA/CRM experience, POS troubleshooting, and customer service experience; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT or computer-related field is also required.
