## Description

Wispr is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to resolve billing, account, product, and technical customer issues while delivering an exceptional experience across free and enterprise users. The role involves investigating and triaging bugs, using AI tools and developer tools, managing ticket queues, documenting solutions, identifying support trends, and collaborating with product, engineering, security, compliance, and billing teams. Candidates should have strong customer focus, technical depth, creative problem-solving ability, and AI-native workflow skills; traditional tech-support experience is not required. H1B, O1, EB1, L1, and STEM OPT sponsorship may be available.
