## Description

Salesforce is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the technical interface for customers using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud. The role provides troubleshooting and solutions, manages customer expectations, collaborates with Development and SRE teams, maintains product expertise, creates knowledge documents, and participates in training. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, practical engineering, programming, or technical support experience, web-application debugging, troubleshooting skills, database and SQL knowledge, networking knowledge, and Japanese or English language proficiency.
