## Description

Microsoft is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer for its Customer Service & Support organization. The role owns and resolves complex customer technical issues, advises customers, collaborates across teams, shares knowledge through readiness and mentoring, and investigates product defects and automation opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field plus either 1+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years of experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and the ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
