## Description

Sigma is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to help customers resolve complex technical, business, and data issues using its Sigma platform. The role involves diagnosing issues with customers and pre-sales teams, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, developing diagnostic best practices and tools, and improving service performance. Candidates should have enterprise data-analytics support experience, strong database and business intelligence knowledge, SQL proficiency, data modeling skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. The position is full-time and requires an in-office environment in one of Sigma’s offices in San Francisco, New York City, London, or Sydney, with a 25% travel expectation.
