## Description

Forcepoint is hiring a Technical Support Engineer I to provide customer support and troubleshoot Forcepoint products and associated third-party products. The role involves responding to customer cases, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, gathering logs and configuration details, researching solutions, documenting interactions, and participating in knowledge sharing. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year supporting business-to-business customers, and hands-on knowledge of networking, HTTP, Linux and Windows systems, SSL/TLS, routing, packet analysis, Active Directory, cloud environments, and information security.
