## Description

Interclypse is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical contact for Sofiac customers, troubleshoot and debug issues by analyzing XML and JSON data, logs, payloads, and configurations, and resolve problems end to end. The role also involves guiding customers through integrations, translating technical findings into plain language, documenting recurring issues, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need customer-facing technical experience, strong XML and JSON debugging skills, analytical and communication abilities, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
