## Description

Salesforce is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to lead end-to-end customer technical support for Salesforce platform products, including Sales Cloud. The role diagnoses and resolves complex issues, coordinates critical cases, supports customer onboarding and implementation, guides customers on configuration and architecture, investigates root causes, collaborates with Product Engineering, maintains technical documentation, and mentors team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of technical support or software engineering experience, Java debugging experience, SQL and database knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The typical base salary range is $80,900 to $122,300 annually.
