## Description

Microsoft is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its Customer Service & Support organization to investigate and resolve customer technical issues, collaborate across teams, contribute to product and process improvements, and build technical proficiency. The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, relevant technical support or IT experience, strong analytical and customer-service skills, and flexibility for shift-based schedules, weekend coverage, and public holiday support. Cybersecurity experience and relevant certifications are advantageous, and the position requires Microsoft Cloud background screening.
