## Description

The Technical Support I role provides onsite and remote end-user technical support, troubleshooting PCs, software, operating systems, hardware, connectivity, accounts, and access rights. The position requires full professional fluency in English and Spanish, three years of technical support experience, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration, device imaging and deployment, and PC and application troubleshooting. It also requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel between company sites, participation in after-hours or on-call support, and compliance with industrial-site safety requirements.
