## Description

Egis is hiring a Technical Support Lead to lead technology support and business engagement across its New Zealand offices, based in Auckland. The role combines Level 2/3 technical support, IT operations leadership, stakeholder and business partnership, ITIL ticket and escalation management, Power BI reporting, software asset and license management, budgeting, vendor management, and change communication. It is primarily full-time and on-site, with as-required travel across New Zealand offices, and is also open to part-time or job-share arrangements.
