## Description

Trimble is hiring a Technical Support Analyst for its AECO team to provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for ProjectSight and related Trimble products. The role serves as the primary technical contact for clients, resolves issues through phone, email, chat, and screen-share meetings, manages case workloads, documents technical solutions, and provides rotating after-hours support. It is an on-site position in Lake Oswego, Oregon, or Westminster, Colorado, with a Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule and rotating after-hours support. The position requires at least two years of software-based technical helpdesk or support experience, browser troubleshooting and developer tools knowledge, SQL Server database knowledge, and familiarity with iOS and Android devices. Compensation is $19.62–$24.52 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, time-off, and retirement benefits.
