## Description

AutoStore is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to partners in South Korea. The role handles incident, spare-part, warranty, delivery quality, and robot repair cases; provides on-site support and trade-show assistance across AutoStore modules; creates knowledge-base content; supports AutoStore Academy training; tracks KPIs; collaborates with Sales and R&D; and maintains partner relationships. Candidates should have strong mechanical and/or electrical skills, knowledge of AutoStore technology, case-tracking and KPI tools experience, strong communication, English and Korean proficiency, analytical problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel. The position is based in Gwangmyeong-si, South Korea, with applications due by 30 August 2026.
