## Description

Ocean Optics is hiring a Technical Support Supervisor to lead the technical support team and provide advanced troubleshooting, customer advocacy, and technical documentation for its photonics and spectroscopy products. The role reports to the Director of Applications Engineering, oversees support queues and SLAs, coaches and trains team members, partners with engineering and product teams on root-cause analysis and new-product readiness, and contributes to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technical support, field applications, service engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles, along with prior team leadership experience; spectroscopy, instrumentation, software, and regulated-environment experience are preferred or desirable.
