## Description

Radius is hiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to handle escalated technical issues, troubleshoot moderately complex software, phone system, and network problems, coordinate with vendors and third-party providers, document resolutions, support business-critical escalations, and share knowledge with 1st Line Support. The role requires prior 2nd Line Support or similar technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with VoIP systems, Microsoft products, and basic networking; experience with Wildix, Zoom, Five9, Microsoft Teams, Webex, 3CX, or Avaya is beneficial, while Cisco CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL qualifications are desirable.
