## Description

Ford is hiring an Integrated Thermal Systems Engineer to integrate coolant, refrigeration, and climate/HVAC subsystems for electric vehicle thermal management. The role develops system architecture, interfaces, models, trade studies, validation, and design-review materials; coordinates with subsystem owners, test engineers, design and controls engineers, and other teams; and resolves cross-subsystem hardware issues. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related thermal/fluid discipline, at least five years of thermal system design, integration, or component engineering experience, and proficiency with modeling tools and Python. The position is hybrid, may require onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $100,400-$232,700 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
