## Description

LevelUp is hiring a Tier 1 Order Processing Tech Support Agent to serve as the first point of contact for the sales team when Salesforce order issues arise. The role troubleshoots validation errors, incorrect field values, and processing failures through Slack and Zendesk, isolates issues, documents resolutions, tags tickets, and contributes to the internal knowledge base. Candidates need hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, 2–3 years of technical customer support, order-processing troubleshooting experience, and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
