## Description

The Title Processing Team Lead will oversee daily title processing operations, including documentation, filing, reporting, follow-up, exception handling, and compliance. The role leads and develops team members, resolves escalated member and title issues, monitors performance and quality, identifies process improvements, collaborates with IT and leadership, supports audits and vendor management, and maintains policies and training materials. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of managerial or financial institution experience are preferred, along with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
