The Training and Development Manager supports Marriott International’s mission and vision by identifying employee and organizational development needs, designing and delivering custom and corporate training, evaluating training effectiveness, managing training budgets, and aligning programs with business results. The role focuses on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, leadership, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement, and requires either a two-year degree plus two years of human-resources or related experience with certification, or a four-year bachelor’s degree with certification and no work experience.
