## Description

Electronic Arts is hiring a UI Software Engineer for the EA SPORTS UFC team in Vancouver/Burnaby, British Columbia. The role maintains existing user interfaces and implements new features using ActionScript, LUA, and some C++, while testing, debugging, and validating performance, stability, and quality. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of software engineering experience, at least one year of object-oriented design and implementation, and familiarity with software engineering practices, C++, and Python or LUA. Experience with ActionScript/Flash, Unreal or Unity, client/server environments, Perforce or Git, and integrating AI technologies is beneficial. The role is a regular full-time employee position with a hybrid model requiring onsite work three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
