## Description

Job Duck is hiring a remote Executive Administrative Assistant to support a busy legal practice. The role provides executive and operational support, manages calendars and communications, coordinates client intake and consultations, tracks prospects in CRM systems, maintains records, and serves as a primary contact for clients and prospective clients. The position requires previous administrative experience in a law firm, calendar management, and strong organizational and communication skills; experience with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and lead follow-up is preferred. Compensation is $1,060 to $1,150 USD monthly, with Eastern Standard Time office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
