## Description

Totango is hiring a Value Partner to redefine Customer Success in an AI-first environment. The role owns customer value definition, transformation, activation, renewal, and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of approximately 20–30 customers, including large strategic and mid-market accounts. Responsibilities include establishing business objectives and Value Level Agreements, quantifying ROI, guiding customers through AI-powered technology changes, coordinating cross-functional activation, and managing renewal strategy and forecasting. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Customer Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role, along with strong project leadership, business acumen, executive communication, and autonomy. The role offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 USD per year, health and dental benefits, and other employee benefits.
