## Description

Netsmart is hiring a Vice President, Engineering — Cloud, DevOps & AI Modernization to lead software engineering teams through enterprise platform modernization, cloud and DevOps maturity, and responsible AI-enabled innovation. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across engineering, partners with Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data, and business stakeholders, and manages distributed U.S. and India-based teams. It requires senior engineering leadership experience, cloud and DevOps expertise, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and onsite work in Overland Park, Kansas, with candidates based in or relocating to the Greater Kansas City metro area. Healthcare technology, AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, AI/ML, and responsible AI experience are preferred. The position does not offer work visa sponsorship.
