CASO GmbH

“I'm absolutely thrilled with my Caso products. I use the vacuum sealer constantly, and the IceMaster Pro is simply fantastic, especially in summer. Recently, my older IceMaster malfunctioned. A quick, super friendly phone call with Caso, Ms. Andrea Richter, told me to send it in. I immediately received a return label via email…and three days later, I got a brand new one back. I'm so impressed with the service! 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️”

“We now own a vacuum sealer, two wine coolers, and a small BBQ refrigerator for the office from CASO and are absolutely delighted. The appliances are very well made, the shelves and racks are high quality, they cool perfectly, and they're quite quiet. The great design is a perfect complement. We ordered directly from CASO; the price was fair and comparatively inexpensive, so there's no need to look elsewhere. The ordering process, processing, and delivery were flawless, with the goods arriving two days after ordering. All in all, we definitely recommend CASO!”

“I have never experienced such amazing customer service in Germany before. Not once, but twice Braukmann have come to my rescue. The lady I dealt with, Ramona Zweihoff is a great ambassador for the company.”
