State Street is seeking a Performance Analyst to analyze and attribute portfolio performance, reconcile portfolio and benchmark data, validate transaction, position, and pricing discrepancies, and maintain data quality across performance, risk, and analytics applications. The role requires strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, along with knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivatives, investment management, and financial markets. Candidates should have a postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA in Finance, and 6–8 years of post-graduation experience in a financial firm; FRM, CFA, or related certifications are advantageous.
