What their customers say
Quotes from people at Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation's customers.
“I’m very happy with the whole process. Only took one day to remove the old roof and replace the bad wood and install the new roof with TPO.”
“I had Gabriel clean the roofs of our main house, guest house and two out buildings. He did an excellent job on all the roofs. We have walkways and a brick deck around the main house. He did a great job of cleanup. This was our first experience with Guardian Roofing and we are very pleased.”
“Guardian Roofing knocked it out of the park on this one. They accommodate my time frame, they sent an expert by the name of Miguel Contreras, on a Saturday no less ! Great sales rep, Thanks Jackson ! On top of the awesome service, the price was very reasonable for what I needed. Use this company, they' re Good.”
“Jeffrey came out and gave a great inspectikn and verified our concern on our vent pipe boots and gave us overall timeframe left on the roof. Santiago came out and did the work. Excellent getting them out, scheduled, repair done. No upselling or doomsaying - just straight up "here's our assessment, here's the timeline for larger repairs and here's our cost." Usually tough to find somewhere where the scheduling, estimate, work, etc... we're all top rate. Not the cheapest but reasonably priced. Solid work and would gladly have the Guardian Crew back out again.”
“Guardian Roofing was amazing! They spent much more time at our home than they originally anticipated to make sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. The finished work looks fantastic, and their team was kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!”

“Guardian replaced my roof in 2020 and now I'm having the roof cleaned, moss protection applied, and gutters and downspouts replaced. Justin Borcher performed the inspection and estimate explaining all issues and recommended solutions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a manner that we could understand and he made sure that we were comfortable with the presentation. I would highly recommend Justin Borcher and Guardian for any roof issues.”
“Looks like Juan did a great job of replacing a patch of roof, even though I didn't have a chance to meet him and talk with him.”
“Contacted Guardian about cleaning moss from roof. Eli arrived on time and was very professional all time that he was here. He explained everything very well.”
“Dallas was very punctual, polite and professional! He did an extremely thorough video inspection of the roof and diagnosed a few nagging gutter problems effectively.”
“I got a free inspection and Greg was very professional and went above and beyond.”
“Wonderful service. We have cement tile roofing and a corner hip tile came off in the wind. We called Guardian and they came out the next morning, even though it was snowing.”
“Been great so far in the initial inspection and documentation of the issue. They did a temp fix until they can come back out to fix my roof so this review is for initial services.”
“Guardian is an excellent company with extremely skilled employees. I had signs of a water leak coming out of my siding, and they promptly came out to trace the problem (at no charge).”
“Incredibly responsive. I was able to get a diagnosis and estimate on the same that I discovered a roofing issue.”
“I really appreciated Joshua honesty and integrity He explained why our roof was leaking with video's and pictures. He also showed why the shingles were failing and how the crown on the chimney was cracked.”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor Wright from Guardian Roofing, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Taylor inspected my roof with incredible attention to detail and quickly identified the source of a small leak.”
