The staff worked with her and her medical issues and she left walking. There were tears on her last day because we will miss the care they provided my granddaughter and us. It is very hard to find great customer service and she did it well. I know I was a little difficult but she didn't treat me as such, she was flexible and ready to answer all of my questions with extreme poise and professionalism. She is truly a gem!
