What their customers say
Quotes from people at Cleansing Service Group Limited's customers.
“Absolutely brilliant service from both the sewage tank operative and the pump engineer (the latter coming all the way from Southampton). Can't thank them enough as we will be 11 on Boxing Day and life would have been a trifle difficult. Thoroughly recommend.”
“Everything about the service was first class from the initial phone call all the way through to the vehicle leaving my property. In my case the septic tank had not been emptied for too many years, making the job extraordinarily difficult. However, your operator was magnificent and concluded the job extremely efficiently and very quickly given the magnitude of the task he was faced with. I cannot praise your firm highly enough.”
“The service was performed faultlessly but confirming date for visit a little random! Visit made about seven days after expected date.”
“Fast efficient service emptying septic tank. Would definitely recommend them”
“CSG have cleared our septic tank annually and each time the operative has always been professional, courteous, careful and cheerful. If every company worked as well as this there would no complaints culture!”

“CSG were excellent in the way they emptied my septic tank. Jan, the operative, even put back the extra covering (over and above the septic tank lid ... i.e. paving slabs on a wooden cross bar) WITHOUT any prompting. Thank you, Jan. Please come back again next year!”
“Friendly drivers/engineers. Responded very quickly when our septic tank over-filled 2 days before Christmas.”
“This company is a cut above the rest in this field. We used them for sewage disposal and servicing our sewage plant. Their staff right from the office to the final operation is exceptional. The guy emptying our tank was the most helpful guy i have ever met. Well done CSG I wish all companies were like this”
“My service was great, the driver went above and beyond to help and advise me on how by maintenance to keep everything in order. He was an asset to the company, I will use this company again.”
“We have used CSG for 12 years with no complaints. Their drivers are friendly and compliant.......not red tapers thank goodness! Many thanks all of you.”
“Excellent service from start to finish . Really pleased I have found this company to empty our septic tank every year . All staff involved were very professional and very helpful.”
