Clerky was founded by two startup attorneys who saw how their clients tried to use online services or DIY to save money, but invariably ended up with problems with their legal paperwork. They knew it didn’t have to be that way, and decided to start Clerky to make it easier for founders and startup attorneys to get legal paperwork done safely.
