Crystal Lake Rehab Pascoag, RI is a 71 bed facility that offers 24 hour care in Short Term Rehabilitative Care, Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy Services, Pain Management, Wound Management, Palliative Care Services and Long Term Care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Benefits, and most insurance. Both semi private rooms and private rooms offer cable television, free wifi, in house laundry and fine cuisine. Our staff offers daily activities such as our sunshine breakfast, Yahtzee tournament, pet therapy and when the weather gets warm our residents enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We have a licensed social worker who holds group sessions to improve quality of life for our residents and offers one on one sessions if requested.
