Two cases… Air Conditioner on the fritz, still under warranty (only a year old) from Russo’s (I think Hiller bought them out in Panama City, FL). Call up, Hiller is like, we can have someone out tomorrow. They come out the next day, diagnose, repair, tune up the A/C and it costed NOTHING as it was still under warranty. Very pleased here.”
