What their customers say
Quotes from people at Honest-1 Auto Care Prior Lake's customers.
“All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.”
“Tony has recently worked on all 3 of my vehicles and did a fantastic job! He was able to get everything fixed really quickly too! He is a very professional young man who loves what he does, and it shows! All of their work has guarantees, which is almost unheard of anymore! Justin is his manager and he's also a fantastic manager to their customers, making everyone feel seen and heard.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Honest-1 Autoservice! The service was professional, friendly, and straightforward. They took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to push unnecessary repairs. The work was completed quickly, and everything was done right. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that you can actually trust. Fair pricing, great customer service, and quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Honest-1 Autoservice to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic!”
“Scott Jensen was really attentive and helpful throughout this whole process. My fiancée's car crapped out and we luckily found Honest-1. They helped us figure out what was needed and helped us figure out payments and everything I definitely recommend them.”
“5/5 Stars — Outstanding service! Brought my car in for brake and rotor replacement, and the team had it fixed up and running smoothly in no time. Fair pricing, honest communication, and top-notch work. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!”

“Good experiences with Honest-1 on my 2019 Chevy Cruze - initial inspection and brake work, then diagnosing a major transmission issue. Shop gained my trust with details like checking around for used transmission instead of just new, and being unusually frank about which services could/should be deferred vs higher priority. Substantial surprise on the positive side was after I realized they charged me a blanket 8% 'shop fee'. Owner himself quickly and courteously refunded this himself when I talked to him and said this was never mentioned or explained up front. Excellent customer service.”
“This was my third experience going to Honest 1 Auto Care. Once again it was a very great experience and I plan on coming back again. I was not disappointed once again. Each associate listen to me and the work was completed as communicated and in a timely manner. This team is great! Shout out to the entire team and staff, but a huge shout out to Devan. There customer service is “Really Honestly #1…” 👍 No regrets! 5+ STARS!”
“This shop 100% lives up to its name! Miles and his crew were honest, transparent, and made sure the job got done right, in a timely manner, and at a very fair price. As a woman, it means the world to me to have found a mechanic I can trust. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at the Honest-1 Auto Care in Aurora!”
