I spoke with Chris Tumey, your delivery driver, this morning when he called to verify and confirm the drop off point for the backhoe and I was amazed at his politeness. He made sure it was getting delivered at the correct address and that he and Hugg & Hall appreciated our business. I could tell that Chris loves his job and the company he works for and that as you know is very hard to find.”

“We had an issue with our yard dog truck that we have rented from you guys. I contacted James Johnson that I needed a service tech to come take a look at it for us. Within a couple hours the service tech was here checking out our issue. He took pictures of all the problems and is ordering the parts to have them resolved. I really appreciate the quick response from everyone involved. You guys get an A+ rating in my book!”

“Our company had to pull and reinstall some leaking windows on a second floor. Per Nick Sewell's opinion we rented a 30' MEC rough terrain lift, due to the landscape we were dealing with. The lift performed exactly the way Nick described. We were 1/2 on concrete 1/2 on grass and the terrain had a slope away from building. Once we were in position, we were off level, but with the flip of a toggle we were on a level platform. The lift was great and will be using it again for future projects. Thank you to Nick and all the Hugg and Hall team for the help with this project!”

Hugg & Hall provided our agency with forklifts at the majority of our distribution sites and they were such a huge help. “Preston Williams goes the extra mile. To provide one example (out of many) Preston was on my project with me at 9:00pm one night, setting up heaters. It was critical to keep the suspended decking warm during an unexpected freeze. Preston went above and beyond. He was even helping seal up the exterior wall openings to contain the heat. From that day forward, when I or any of my contractors need anything, I send them directly to Preston. If I was able to make it mandatory for my team to only use Hugg & Hall equipment, I most certainly would because of Preston's hard work and dedication.”
