What their customers say
Quotes from people at JL Anderson Heating & Cooling's customers.
““Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I have never been treated so poorly by someone providing a service. The first 30 seconds of interacting with this worker i was told “nothing is wrong with your ac and you wasted my time.” The way I was spoken to and treated was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand that people can have bad days, but there is still a basic level of respect that should be shown to customers. I left feeling very uncomfortable, frustrated, disappointed, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this person/business.””
““Arrived promptly. Courteous and respectful of our home.””
““We made the appointment with Amanda who was so friendly & professional. Marty came out for the repair and was nice, professional & very thorough!””
““Marty continues to be totally efficient and effective in maintaining my furnace. He is highly professional and doesn’t hesitate in listening to my questions. Totally satisfied.””
““Arrived on time, professional service, quick, clean and fantastic to work with.””

““He does very good work. I’m satisfied with the work he does.””
““We’ve been extremely happy with JL Anderson! They installed a new furnace and AC unit in our home, as well as a heating and cooling unit in our guest house garage. Our salesperson, Kirt, has been wonderful to work with, and the installers have been professional and done excellent work. We’ve really appreciated the great communication throughout both projects. We highly recommend JL Anderson!””
