“This place was a fabulous place to stay and the staff were so friendly and welcoming – especially Laura Wilkinson, who went above and beyond to make our time in Fernie awesome. We especially loved the on-site restaurant – The Pub Bar and Grill, with it’s great hospitality and theme nights! We’ll definitely be back!”

“Had a great time at the Pub! Our server Maddie was so lovely and friendly. The fries were crispy and some of the best I’ve had in town. The Brie & Bacon Jam Burger was very yummy as well. Excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Great stay, pet friendly hotel. Comfortable bed with a great breakfast included with the room. This is our go to when staying in Fernie. Rooms are recently renovated. Stayed here twice in recent years and have been very happy with the rooms. If you are booking through another site. Let them know you’re bringing pets. That being said they were very accommodating for us.”

“Great hotel on the main road through town. It has a wonderful free breakfast, many items are made from scratch which is rare. The bar on site has good food and service as well. Truly a one stop shop! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great beds and pillows. If you are driving through Fernie and need a place to stay, this is the one!”

“This place was a fantastic find! A truly comfortable and relaxing overnight stay that left me wishing I’d booked longer. The pool and hot tub are in the center of the lodge, and the breakfast was a highlight – those pancakes were absolutely amazing! Plus, the convenience of having a liquor store and pub right next door made it even better. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.”

The pool and hot tub were great with comfy chairs around to sit. The service at breakfast and the variety of food were excellent. Even had a cute little library!”

“Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel with great food! The Park Place Lodge is Fernie’s best home away from home with all of the amenities that one could hope for in this beautiful mountain setting. Clean rooms and public areas, comfortable furniture, luxurious linens, well-appointed bathrooms, great dining room and room service menu, wifi throughout, and spectacular views. Extras to bear in mind also include an indoor swimming pool, in house liquor store, and attached pub with more great food. Room Tip: Ask about a view of the mountains or a room off the pool deck.”

“Really nice! Really nice, large rooms and very friendly staff. Quaint little Alpine Village. The food in the restaurant was very good. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. The town has a great ski area. River runs by the town and nice trails and river rafting available.”

“This hotel was fantastic!! This hotel was fantastic!! The Pub had great food and good local beer on tap. The Max had great breakfast with home made muffins and bread. The eggs were cooked perfectly to order. The room had great amenities and the indoor pool and hot tub were nice apres ski. Overall was pretty impressed with the whole experience.”

“Amazing Lodge for our Hockey Team We recently stayed in Fernie for the long weekend with my son’s hockey team and I must admit, it was the BEST place to stay. I was blown away with the Customer Service, Cleanliness and our overall experience. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for a place to stay. The room was clean and tasteful. There is a big pool and hot tub. Food was great fast and filling. Will recommend to all friends and family members.”

“Great 10 days stay Stayed at the hotel for 10 days, a family with 2 kids. The children loved the pool and the hot tub, the restaurant had great food, and we had a lovely stay. We found the hotel staff really helpful. Used a couple of times the business center for business calls. Location is close to the mountains and at a walking distance from many downtown restaurants. We really loved it and hope to be there again!”

“Great wedding location The hotel rooms are a good size and just a beautiful location. The swimming pool and hot tub were a good size and open to the lobby. The conference rooms set up beautifully for a wedding and reception. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. They give you a coupon for a discount for breakfast in the restaurant or you can get a go bag (which was yogurt, muffin and a granola bar) for free. There was coffee and tea service in the lobby as well.”
