Partners for HOME

Emergency and Relief Services

At Partners for HOME, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home. That's why we work with City of Atlanta stakeholders to ensure housing opportunities are made for every one of our neighbors, especially those impacted by homelessness and housing instability. Through strategic coordination and collaboration, we develop a comprehensive response to ending homelessness in the City of Atlanta.
