My check engine light came on, I took my vehicle in for diagnosis, and while there were no codes given as to WHY the engine light was on, they were able to get it cleared with assistance from Kia Corp. For the most part, communication from the Service center (Troy specifically) was good. I was the most impressed with the mechanics personalized video update (in my case a welcome video). It would have been interesting to see another video once they figured out what was going on.”

I ended up leaving my phone in the shuttle by mistake. The driver brought back my phone! The service did not take long at all.
