“Just spent last Friday night at this hotel for the first time. On the positive side, the hotel is very attractive on the outside, the lobby, and the room we had. Lighting in the room was excellent, especially compared to some places I have stayed. Staff was very attentive and professional. The dinner and breakfast were good and included some items I had not seen before elsewhere. The only negative was that at breakfast I noticed that a guest brought his dog on a leash into the small breakfast area. I was not aware that this was allowed.”

“Walking in to the building set a positive, relaxing tone complemented by a warm welcome by the staff. It was the service that really enhanced the stay, however the small details (like the quotes in the drawers...) really took the cake. We're local, but we're also regulars now for a quick getaway.”

“My husband and I met 2 other couples for dinner and had a wonderful evening. We were greated by Charlie Barone who made us feel so welcome and enjoyed a cocktail by the cozy fire place. Our dinner was exceptional ,and our server Cassandra made some great suggestions ,like the Brussels sprouts , they are so delicious , the salmon and the tenderloin , everything was superb, the service ,atmosphere, and the eye for detail is just perfect. We really enjoyed our evening and will definitely be back.”

“I'm a lifetime Titanium with Marriott (formerly Starwood) and lifetime Diamond will Hilton properties. This was one of the more memorable hotels I've stayed in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was elegant. Having coffee in the lobby and I felt like I was all alone in a private mansion. Quiet and cozy next to the fireplace. While the location itself isn't compelling, this hotel was charming. And the service was very attentive. I'd highly recommend this hotel!”

“My husband and I stayed at this incredible property for the first time on New Year's eve. Incredible property! The customer service was beyond exceptional - they even went to a nearby restaurant to retrieve an evening shawl that I had accidentally left behind - and then delivered it to our room! The breakfast was the best that I have ever had at any Marriott property - and I have stayed at Marriott properties all over the world....we will DEFINITELY be back...”

“This hotel is brand new but you wouldn't know it from the friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and chic. Chic in Buffalo? Yes! And of course the beds were so comfortable. They have great reading lights built into the headboard, Delicious breakfast. We found the location 5-10 minutes from everywhere.”

“Hotel very nice, service impeccable, rooms very comfortable, only issue is the complimentary breakfast which is from a set menu, if you happen to not like what is available, there is an ala carte menu for a price,. This should be made known at the time of booking as it would have been a factor for me staying at your hotel (I needed a quick breakfast for an early morning appointment).”
